Depending on the service, your agreement may be with Montroyal or with the property owner Montroyal acts for. The agreement you sign identifies the counterparty, and its cancellation terms take precedence over this page.
This website does not process bookings or payments online. Any stay, management agreement or renovation is arranged and paid directly with our team, so the terms of each agreement apply to it.
If you have agreed a stay or service with us and need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any notice period and deposit treatment, are set out in your specific agreement.
Where a refund is due under your agreement, it is returned by the same method used for payment, within a reasonable period after the amount is confirmed.
Where a security deposit is taken, it is held against damage, missing items or breaches of the property rules, and is returned after check-out once the property has been inspected. Any deduction is itemised in writing.
We do not currently accept payment through this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any payment can be taken, and a payment made online would not by itself confirm a reservation.
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. Where this policy and your signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.
